The bungalows are perched in a tree-lined and open grassland bluff, a hundred metres above the Pacific Ocean with magnificent views of the bay. Built entirely from local wood and bamboo. You will find in this unspoilt environment, six hand crafted bungalows. The restaurant serves local organically grown produce with seafood being a highlight and not forgetting the excellent local Tanna Coffee. Power in the evening is provided by a generator. The manager, Isaac Nauka and his family are delightful hosts who enjoy the interaction with travellers from all over the globe. Sunrise Bungalows provides transfers and tours with their own vehicle. The mighty Yasur Volcano is only a half-hour drive from Sunrise Bungalows. |
