Due to the marked increase in business
from NZ to Vanuatu many wholesale reservations staff are struggling with
product knowledge to be able to sell Vanuatu correctly.
Many
Travel Agents have noted that their wholesalers do not have the answers to
most of their questions on Vanuatu and the products and properties.
Therefore, the VTO NZ representative has organized a week of training
opportunities with all our main NZ Wholesalers with either morning or
evening sessions.
Vanuatu products have 90mins with each
wholesaler and depending on
the final number of
participants (maximum 8), the VTO will do a 10min
presentation and then each property or tour operator will have 10mins to
present their product.
Participants need to be properties or tours that the NZ
Wholesalers have contracted and feature in their brochures.
