Welcome to the very first Lapita Plantation newsletter. Hi, I’m Matt Woon, the owner and developer of Lapita Plantation, Aore Island Vanuatu. I’m proud to announce the opening of this exciting new luxury ecologically-sustainable lifestyle development, set on 328 hectares and encompassing the entire western portion of Aore Island. Lapita is an idyllic island retreat with over 6 kilometres of coral fringed coastline, pristine white sandy beaches and aquamarine waters. When complete, our 5 stage luxury lifestyle resort development will feature 205 plantation villas, two luxury resort complexes, a large outdoor pool, restaurants, cocktail bar, Balinese-style day spa, golf practice range, specialty shops, and facilities for scuba diving, horse riding, kayaking and sailing. In the last few months, we have completed construction on the first beachfront villas and have proudly shown these to a number of interested parties. We have also just completed our quaint island-style ‘Chapel on the Hill’, a beautiful and romantic spot, perfect for weddings or reconfirming your vows. We are incredibly excited about how the development is processing to date.
