Seascape Charters (Aore) was established in 2004 on the beautiful island of Aore, just over the “channel” from Espiritu Santo, the main island of the northern sector of Vanuatu.  Seascape Charters is an owner-operated sport & game fishing charter business with a 7.5 meter 700 series Sharkcat called “Island Flyer” at the heart of the operation. Her twin hull design provides stability as well as a comfortable, fast ride in most weather conditions.  Her large deck area provides ample room for just about every activity associated with either fishing or water-based recreation and she is fitted out with a large canopy for weather and sun protection.  “Island Flyer” will take you to fishing grounds which are close to your chosen Vanuatu base. Our objective is to get you actively fishing within half an hour.

What you will see along the way is not just a huge expanse of blue tropical water and idyllic islands (awesome as that might be!!!) but also specific points of local interest including the legendary “Million Dollar Point” which is close to the resting place of the famed wreck of the “S.S. President Coolidge”.  You will also be able to share in the magic of our smaller islands like Tatuba, Bokissa, Malo and Malekula & on a clear day, wonder at the drama of the volcanic island of Ambae (also known as “Bali Hai”, made famous by James Michener in his “Tales of the South Pacific”).

“Island Flyer” is skippered by Geoff, whose background encompasses pretty well every aspect of the charter boat business and also most aspects of fishing from trawling through to the drama of big game fishing.  With forty plus years of sea experience under Geoff’s belt, his experience is at your service!  Geoff’s No.2 is a local ni-Vanuatu deck hand.

Seascape Charters offers a choice of half day (5 hrs) or full day (8 hrs) fishing trips. 

We supply:

• All fishing equipment including lures; light, medium & big game tackle, etc
• Reels are 50 & 80 Penn Internationals.
• Tea, coffee & light refreshments throughout your charter

Maximum numbers of passengers is 6.

This charter offers you the chance to experience the might & majesty of a marlin or
the opportunity to test your skills against a mahi mahi, tuna, wahoo or other local fish attracted to your lures.  We cater for the novice up to the serious game fisherman.  So…even if you have not experienced the excitement of game fishing ever before, seize the moment, grab the reel & come with us on “Island Flyer”.
