Miko Guesthouse (William's Guesthouse) offers basic, comfortable and friendly accommodation at Anelgauhat, Aneityum. It's a good base for bushwalking and just across the water from Mystery Island and the airfield.

Costs and Booking
Accommodation costs 1500 Vatu per person, per night to stay at William's Guesthouse, self-catering. Meals can be provided for 150 Vatu per plate. You can call William's Store (part of the guesthouse) on 68896. Sara-Lynn, William's wife, usually answers the phone and looks after the store and guesthouse. Expenses are payable in Vatu cash. Accommodation and Food
The guesthouse is a modern construction of concrete blocks with four bedrooms (two single beds in each). Bedding and mosquito nets are provided. The outside toilet is a basic dry pit toilet (squat toilet) and buckets are used in the haos blong swim. Bring your own bath towel, toilet paper and soap.
Cooking facilities include a gas cook top and a good assortment of pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Prepared meals are most often fish with aelan kaekae (manioc, kumala, tomato, other vegetables) or rice and quite satisfying for hungry hikers. The manioc pancakes are excellent for breakfast and home-baked bread is available. The best experience at Miko Guesthouse is the meals. Tea, sugar and powder milk are complimentary. The Anelgauhat water supply is piped down from the mountains and should be OK to drink.

William has a generator which he runs at night for the guests.
